Jerry 肖家润 创始人 & 总裁
工学博士，曾任美国特拉华大学 University of Delaware 博生生导师，具有丰富的海外游学、科研和教学经历，对于亚欧美教育体制和社会文化有深刻认识。肖博士崇尚自由教育理念：教育要赋予学生更多的空间和机会，引导学生找到兴趣和抱负，培养学生独立思考能力和良好沟通能力。肖博士拥有二十年欧美留学咨询和教育管理经验，见证了中国学生留学海外和中美文化教育交流的飞速发展。肖博士于2007年创建西润学堂美国教育团队，意在推广西方先进的教育哲学，并使其融合于传统的东方文化。
Clarice 克拉瑞丝 运营主任
美国圣母大学 University of Notre Dame 硕士学位。Clarice在美国私立高中拥有多年的教学工作经验和学校行政管理经验，熟悉教学教务和学生管理；Clarice于2010年7月出任美国特拉华州圣马克高中的国际部主任，充分了解美国高中及大学招生流程和步骤，拥有丰富的招生录取经验。Clarice目前负责美国留学项目的总体运营以及同美国高校的合作，兼任大学申请文书指导与修改工作。
Catherine 姜承喜，学生事务主任
姜老师在获得学前教育和音乐教育双学历后，她在中国和美国的教育领域和教育科研领域积累了二十多年的教育经验，并获得多项中国省、市级教育奖和美国大学奖励。她善于对学生心理的研究以及与学生和学生家长间的有效沟通。她认为“尊重个性”、“开发潜能”和“因材施教”是帮助每个学生最终获得成功的关键。她熟悉中美教育差异和文化差异，对中国学生来美学习和生活会遇到的问题和障碍有深入的研究和思考。加入西润学堂教育管理团队后，她将利用自己丰富的教育研究和管理经验，与学校和家庭紧密合作，为每一个学生提供个性化的服务、规划和指导，在全面发展的基础上，更好地体验和吸收美国教育带来的优势，出色完成高中阶段的学业学习和个人成长，为成功进入美国高等教育学府做好充分准备。
Wenny 闻艳, 美国大学留学咨询部主任
上海交通大学涉外经济法专业，美国科罗拉多大学MBA，工商管理硕士学位。Wenny 拥有多年跨国跨行业工作经验，其专业领域涵盖投资分析、市场营销和项目管理。Wenny 为博慧园注入了新的商业管理理念和项目咨询经验。Wenny 一直推崇理性思维和感性认知的完美融合，这正与博慧园力图为客户提供科学严谨而个性化服务的宗旨不谋而合。目前Wenny 主要负责博慧园美国大学申请咨询、SAT 和托福培训服务项目。
Karen Poole, Host Family Coordinator
Karen Poole began working part-time as a Host Family Recruiter this spring. She assists with marketing and outreach efforts to meet the growing demand for host families. Karen has worked 38 years for DuPont in Delaware, including 18 years as a contractor doing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). She is a now serving remotely doing EDI for Toyota. Karen graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Wilmington University. Karen and her husband Doug have been a host family with RH for three years. Previously they hosted college students from the English Language Institute at UD. “I am happy to lend a hand to Renascentia Hall to achieve their goals,” Karen said.
Maggie Lin, Financial Accountant
Mengqi “Maggie” Lin joined Renascentia Hall as the Financial Accountant with concentrations both in education and business. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Maggie obtained a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Binghamton University. Maggie has work experience both in accounting and education consulting. She worked at Ernst and Young in China and held an accounting position at Sunmaxx Solar, a solar thermal manufacture in Binghamton, NY. With strong interests in education and language testing, Maggie worked as an ESL educator in the New Oriental Education Group where she helped Chinese students with the TOEFL exam and completing their applications to United States schools. As an enthusiastic and skillful professional, Maggie organizes and manages international programs at Renascentia Hall. Her familiarity with the American education system assists her with her role as head of the High School Program at Renascentia Hall International. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, dancing, travelling, cooking and photography.
何玥，学生事务指导顾问
美国佐治亚大学教育心理学专业，硕士学位。对教育充满着热诚。工作经历丰富，包括多年的大学执教经历，大型项目翻译和管理，著名英语培训机构的学生管理工作，以及在中国知名留学教育咨询公司的外联工作经验。曾带中国学生团体走访了多所美国多所著名私立高中和大学，与美国学府的招生官进行紧密沟通和交流，熟悉美国高中和大学的教育特点和申请程序。多年的美国学校和工作经历，让她对中美教育和文化差异有深刻的理解，同时也非常理解中国学生来美留学所面临的困难和挑战。她希望能用她的经历和专业知识，为留学生们提供指导，帮助他们顺利适应美国新环境的学习和生活，并为实现他们的留学理想迈出成功的第一步。
Jingjing Liu, Student Counselor
Jingjing Liu is working for Renascentia Hall as an International Student Counselor. Her main responsibilities are assisting students with their concerns about school and life in America as well as communicating by monthly report to their natural parents. “I have a great deal of experience with children having lived in the U.S. for the past five years,” said Jingjing, who is beginning to study for her MBA at the University of Delaware. She has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Dalian Nationalities University in Dalian, China.
“I have worked as an au pair, so I can understand the difficulties and frustrations that may arise when International students are adapting to a new culture,” she said. “I want to help students when they are homesick or need to figure out the best way to do things in another country,”.
